An Evolution of C Zone
C Zone originally started as a small, gun-focused side project. It was a way to make a few billet parts, learn the process end-to-end, and experiment with bringing physical products to market. Simple, hands-on, and intentionally small.
As time went on, the work behind the scenes started to evolve.
Alongside C Zone, we were machining parts as a supplier for larger companies — running production, meeting demand, and learning what it actually takes to make parts repeatable at scale. Through that work, one thing became clear: our real strength wasn’t just making parts, it was helping companies take an idea and turn it into a scalable, production-ready product.
That’s where this next phase comes from.
Expanding Beyond a Single Niche
While C Zone began with a focus on gun-related products, it’s no longer limited to one category. Moving forward, C Zone will offer select automotive and vehicle-related parts, along with gun accessories, all designed and machined in-house.
Rather than chasing volume or constant releases, the focus is on:
- a small, intentional lineup of in-house products
- clean, functional designs
- parts that make sense to manufacture and support long-term
Finding Our Real Strength
Over time, we’ve found that where we add the most value is working with companies early — helping shape designs, dial in manufacturing, and scale production as demand grows.
C Zone now reflects that focus. We partner with brands as their billet manufacturing arm, supporting everything from early prototypes to full production runs, without the overhead of owning machines. It’s a more collaborative approach, and one that fits how we actually work day-to-day.
Looking Ahead
This isn’t a rebrand as much as it is an evolution. C Zone is still hands-on, still built in-house, and still focused on making solid parts — just with a broader scope and a clearer understanding of where we do our best work.
As new products and partnerships come online, C Zone will continue to grow the same way it always has: deliberately, practically, and with a focus on doing things right from the start.
