The factory Cummins 6.7L heater grid assembly is retained by a single nut — a known failure point that can loosen over time. If that nut backs off, it can be ingested by the engine, often resulting in catastrophic damage.

This billet heater grid delete kit permanently removes that risk by eliminating the factory heater grid assembly entirely. The billet aluminum delete plate and spacer are precision-machined in-house to ensure proper sealing, correct spacing, and long-term reliability.

A new intake air heater is included and relocated into the billet spacer, maintaining cold-start functionality while completely removing the factory grid and its associated failure point. This kit is designed as a complete solution and includes everything required for a clean, straightforward installation.
